Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and coach Crew Members
• Direct and assign tasks to meet operational standards
• Ensure compliance with policies and practices
• Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control
• Complete weekly inventory
• Assist in administrative duties
• Promote a customer service mentality
• Respond to guest requests promptly
