Position: Shift Captain
Availability: Open availability preferred (including weekends)
This is a full-time role offering up to 38 hours per week.
Compensation: Base pay: $19.50 per hour
Tips: Additional $1.50 to $2.00 per hour on average
Hours of Operation:
Store hours: 7am 9pm Mon-Fri and 8am 9pm Sat-Sun
Employee shifts may range between 6am and 10:30 pm to support opening and closing duties
Role Overview:
The Shift Captain plays a key leadership role on the floor, supporting daily operations and ensuring a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
Leading shifts and supporting the team during service
Providing excellent customer service and setting the tone for guest interactions
Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store readiness
Supporting the training and development of team members
Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards
Communicating effectively with the General Manager regarding store performance and team needs
