American Workforce Group has partnered with a premier pellet manufacturing company in Shelton, WA in search of a Shift Foreman to join their team.

What you will do:

• Monitor all shift activities to ensure production goals and safety standards are met
• Administer personnel development and coaching for on-shift staff
• Maintain accurate production documentation and meticulous record keeping
• Relieve staff for breaks and absences to ensure continuous operation
• Perform process troubleshooting and other tasks as assigned

Details:

• Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Hours: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Swing Shift)

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of professional leadership experience
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is required
• Demonstrated ability in process troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
