In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated group of 4–6 employees each shift, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that every guest leaves happy. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of 4–6 employees during each shift.
• Oversee daily operations, including food quality, service standards, and cleanliness.
• Support staff with training, task assignments, and problem-solving as needed.
• Ensure excellent customer service by handling interactions and resolving issues quickly.
• Monitor shift flow to keep operations on track and running efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant or retail experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
