Front Key Employee

The FKE at The Roosevelt Market supports the GM in the operation of the front of the house: holding high standards, customer service, food and beverage quality, and safety. Be a presence on the floor of the restaurant

Expediting food and drink

Maintaining an upbeat floor energy

Quickly and professionally support the GM in team communications

Support Kitchen Leadership & Team

Maintain safety and sanitation standards including health inspection high scores

Literacy in Computers and Basic Math

Strong skills of observation

Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

Great oral and written communication

Exceptional follow-through skills

Essential Functions

Constantly moves within the restaurant sales floor and kitchen

Frequently operates computers, phones, tablets and POS system

Occasionally positions self to clean under counters and inside equipment

Constantly communicates with staff and guests

Constantly monitors food and beverage quality for taste and visual presentation

Frequently moves products weighing up to 50lbs
