About Buffalo Wild Wings Go:
Buffalo Wild Wings Go is a new and exciting fast-casual concept that brings the best food items from a traditional Buffalo Wild Wings Sports Bar to conveniently accessible locations.

Position Summary: The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the team operates efficiently, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, providing training, managing customer issues, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards. The Shift Supervisor will also handle cash management, track sales and labor, and collaborate closely with management to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervision: Lead and motivate the team during shifts, monitoring their performance and providing guidance as needed.
  • Training: Onboard new employees and provide ongoing training and support to enhance team skills and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, working collaboratively with team members to find effective resolutions.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash handling processes, balance cash drawers, and prepare accurate cash deposits at the end of shifts.
  • Sales and Labor Tracking: Monitor and report on sales and labor metrics using company systems to support operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration with Management: Partner with management to implement business strategies and achieve operational goals.
  • Performance Feedback: Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to employees and reporting insights to upper management.
Qualifications:

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer relations effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards relevant to the industry.
  • Proficiency in cash management and basic financial reporting.
Requirements:


  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Education: High School or equivalent. Coursework in restaurant management preferred.
