Responsibilities

- Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members during the shift.
- Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and shift coverage as needed.
- Monitor quality, productivity, and service standards throughout the shift.
- Address routine questions, concerns, and operational issues in a timely manner.
- Help train new team members and reinforce company procedures and expectations.
- Communicate updates, priorities, and key information between team members and management.
- Support a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate leader when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership, supervisory, or shift-based role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

- Comfortable resolving issues professionally and calmly.
