Shift Lead

NADC Burger is looking for the next Shift Lead to provide support to our teams. This is a non-exempt supervisory position. Shift Lead functions include assisting with inventory control, beverage, and food waste control. Additional duties include training team members, food safety and organizing the shift during slow and busy periods. This position is responsible for working with leadership for off-site events and assist with training and development of staff.We value our managers and leadership teams and are very proud of their accomplishments and commitment. • 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience required 
• Food Handler is required 
• Knowledge of restaurant prep and cooking methods
• Exceptional written and verbal skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Previous leadership rolePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT 
• Standing for long periods of time  
• Frequent squatting, twisting, lifting, carrying of products 
• Frequent hand washing 
• Working in extreme temperatures
• Exposure to loud noises
