You will also have opportunities to work or transfer to our stores in Symmes, Blue Ash, Mason, and Milford. Shift Leaders make up to $16/$17 per hour after training with tip sharing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and train Associates to maintain Donatos’ high-quality standards
• Ensure smooth opening and closing operations of the restaurant
• Engage enthusiastically with customers and promptly resolve concerns
• Manage food, labor, and operational costs effectively
• Model and enforce performance and safety standards for the team
• Reliable transportation is a must. We are in NE Cincy between Kenwood and Kings Island. Our Milford store is located between Montgomery
• and Eastgate.

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a Shift Lead or Manager in a restaurant
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shifts and lift up to 50 pounds
• Availability for various shifts including weekends, holidays, days, nights, and overtime
