About the Role


We’re looking for an energetic, confident Shift Lead who can set the tone and help make every shift a great one.


You’ll create a welcoming studio environment, build relationships with members and prospects, support membership sales, and help keep the studio running smoothly. When you’re the Shift Lead, you’ll be the go-to person on the floor—setting the energy, helping the team stay on track, and making decisions when needed.


This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their leadership skills while still being hands-on with members and sales.

What You'll Do

• Set the tone and energy for your shift
• Create an exceptional member and prospect experience
• Support membership sales and lead follow-up
• Help keep the studio organized, clean, and running smoothly
• Support and motivate the team while on shift
• Handle day-to-day issues and make decisions when needed
• Communicate important updates to the Studio Manager or Assistant Studio Manager
• Help the team stay focused on studio goals
