Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team during your shift to deliver an extraordinary guest experience
- Blend delicious smoothies and assist guests in selecting products that support their fitness and nutrition goals
- Manage cash drawer and perform opening/closing duties with accuracy
- Prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients to maintain product quality
- Engage guests with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude to ensure satisfaction
- Complete store checklist tasks and uphold Smoothie King's culture and values
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of food industry experience, preferably in a quick service or fast-food environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire team members
- Strong communication skills with a “guest comes first” mindset
- Must be at least 18 years old with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
