What You Will Do
As a Shift Lead, youll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift. Your responsibilities include:
- Excelling in all roles within the restaurant from cashier to grill and prep.
- Overseeing shifts including opening and closing the store.
- Ensuring food preparation standards are met, managing employee breaks and shift changes, and completing shift summary reports.
- Upholding company standards on equipment, facility, and grounds maintenance.
- Motivating, coaching, and assisting in training crew members on operational tasks.
- Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Training to progress towards Assistant Manager or General Manager roles.
What You Bring to the Table
- Supervisory experience in food service or retail preferred
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry
- Open availability during 11am-10pm, including weekends
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic business math, computer, and internet proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Adaptability in various situations
- Physical ability to stand for long periods in hot or cold temperatures and lift supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
