About the Role:
Mr. Fries Man in Greenville, SC is looking for an energetic and motivated Shift Lead to join our crew! Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency in line with Mr. Fries Man standards
• Open and/or close the restaurant, including cash handling, drawer counts, and end-of-shift reporting
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
• Train, coach, and motivate crew members to meet performance and productivity goals
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a fast food, quick-service, or fast-casual restaurant environment required
• Previous supervisory or shift lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must have reliable transortation to work
