Role Overview

As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading the client experience from check-in to check-out while ensuring Drybar standards are consistently upheld. You will also support team performance, operations, and sales goals during each shift.

Schedule Requirement

• Full-time position

• Must work Tuesday–Saturday

• Mix of opening and closing shifts required

Compensation

• Earn $35-40+ per hour on average through a combination of:

  • $18 per hour base pay

  • Commission on products, hot tools, and memberships

  • Tips

  • Up to a $550 monthly performance bonus

What You’ll Do

• Lead client experience from check-in to check-out while ensuring Drybar standards are upheld

• Lead and support team member flow, including assigning clients, delegating tasks, and managing breaks

• Train new Bartenders and support onboarding using Drybar systems, values, and standards

• Oversee inventory by monitoring supplies, assisting with stocking, and placing orders as needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and timekeeping standards

• Support strong team morale and escalate issues to management when needed

• Maintain awareness of promotions and support retail and membership sales goals

• Manage the Booker scheduling system during each shift

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Confidence in sales (memberships, add-ons, retail, and hot tools)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Salon, retail, or service leadership experience preferred
