Your New Role
Pay Range: $15.35 - $17.12 / hour; based on experience.
Responsibilities:
As a Chuze Fitness Lead 1, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your team by ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment. You will set the standard for hospitality in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for all members and guests, providing information on membership offerings, fitness programs, facilitating club tours, and assisting with club amenities and equipment functions
- Complete and delegate daily cleaning tasks throughout the club, ensuring facilities are always extraordinarily clean for our members
- Facilitate front desk operations, completing membership sign-ups, excecuting retail presenation and transactions, and answering phones
- Troubleshoot member inquiries, billing issues, and disputes, partnering with your leadership for escalated concerns
- Make and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends)
- Ensure fellow Chuzers are trained on all operations best practices, policies, and training
- Support shift functions for your club such as daily operations, opening/closing responsibilities, inventory counts, and administrative tasks

Your Skills:
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Previous experience running shifts or leading a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed

- Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English
- Walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement
