Operations Lead in Training (OLIT)

Starting Pay: $23/hour

The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) role is the launchpad for a rewarding leadership career at Mister Car Wash. This opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced customer service environment, and is ready to grow into a leadership role.

Through a focused 16-week training program, you'll gain hands-on experience in daily operations, customer service, sales, and team leadership while developing the skills and confidence needed to become an Operations Lead.

What You'll Do

• Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister's signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence.
• Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create "wow" moments for every guest.
• Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
• Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership.
• Work as one team, building trust, supporting each other, and celebrating success together.

Your training will help you build the confidence, judgment, and business acumen needed to step into the Operations Lead role-with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.

• Training will be conducted at our nearest location in Palmdale until the local site is fully operational*
