Shift Lead - Cable Deployment

Location: Wink, TX

Schedule: Day Shift or Night Shift | 4-Day Work Week (4x10s)

Pay: $30-33/hr + Per Diem + Mileage

Lead Teams Building Critical Infrastructure

We are seeking experienced Shift Leads to oversee teams of Cable Deployment Technicians supporting a large-scale technology infrastructure project. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and operational coordination to ensure deployment activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced cabling leads, telecommunications supervisors, or infrastructure team leads looking to take the next step in their career.

What Youll Do

• Lead crews of cable deployment technicians during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate daily work assignments and project priorities.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
• Conduct shift start-up meetings and job briefings.
• Support onboarding and mentoring of new technicians.
• Track shift performance and workforce attendance.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for technicians.
• Partner with project leadership to keep deployments on schedule.
• Ensure all work meets installation and quality standards.

What Were Looking For

• Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with structured cabling, telecommunications, low-voltage, or infrastructure installation.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and safety compliance.
