Shift Lead

We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our Marble Slab Creamery team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the ice cream parlor team. We are a family oriented and team focused environment. Only happy people need apply!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and work with a sense of urgency
• Properly set-up & prep store when on Opening shift and close & clean store when on Closing shift
• Be able to prepare all products sold in store, including making of ice cream and other products made fresh in house
• Responsible for maintaining store appearance ensuring the store remains clean and organized at all times
• Maintain proper flow of daily work activity and team work
• Fulfill in-house customer orders and delivery service orders
• Assist with inventory management

​Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in restaurant/hospitality
• Must be available to work Opening shift and Closing shift, for Weekdays and Weekends.
• Must have positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn new things
• Understanding of time management and the ability to shift priorities when needed
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak season
• Independent self-starter for projects during slow season
• Must be flexible to fill in when needed to keep store running smoothly
