Key Responsibilities
- Execute all adventure guide duties, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing rotations and guest check-ins.
- Submit daily reports to communicate vital information effectively.
- Monitor guest bookings and adjust staffing schedules based on demand.
Health & Safety
- Maintain Go Ape’s rescue training standards and perform risk assessments.
- Support site management with high-level inspections and audits.
- Assist with new hire training and ensure staff competencies.
- Submit accident and incident reports to relevant departments.
