Shift Lead

We're looking for an energetic, dependable Part-Time Shift Lead to help oversee daily operations while leading by example. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside a small team, ensuring exceptional customer service, product quality, and an efficient, positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a small team during assigned shifts.
• Provide friendly, outstanding customer service.
• Prepare and serve Cinnabon products according to brand standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Train, coach, and motivate team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate register balances.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous food service or retail experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
