Shift Leader — Lead the Joy!

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, our Joy Creators make the magic happen — and our Shift Leaders keep the magic running smoothly.

As a Shift Leader, you’re the go-to person when the bakery is buzzing. You lead the team, solve problems, keep the vibe positive, and make sure every guest leaves smiling (and probably posting about it).

You’ll coach Joy Creators, keep operations on track, and step in whenever a guest needs extra care. You’re part leader, part organizer, part cake-hero — and 100% reliable.

You don’t just work the shift… you run the celebration.

What you’ll be doing

Leading the team through busy bakery moments
Making sure every guest feels welcomed and taken care of
Coaching Joy Creators and setting the tone for great service
Handling guest concerns with professionalism and kindness
Keeping orders accurate and the bakery organized
Communicating with management and keeping things on track

This role requires prior leadership or customer service experience — you’ll be trusted to make decisions and represent the bakery when management isn’t present.
