Job Summary The Shift Lead creates a welcoming and positive experience for members, guests, and prospects by delivering exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, supervising staff, and supporting club cleanliness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and prospects
• Handle all front desk activities
• Respond to employee or member questions and concerns
• Handle issues and escalate as needed
• Supervise front desk staff and ensure tasks are completed
• Answer phones promptly
• Check in members and update accounts
• Facilitate new member sign-ups and conduct tours
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the club

Qualifications and Requirements

• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency
• Passionate about fitness and health
• Positive and interpersonal
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to resolve issues effectively
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Schedule Requirements

• Schedule must fit the needs of the club
• Must work full-time hours

Physical Demands

• Remain standing or walking for extended periods
• Frequent communication in-person and via phone
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
• Handle cleaning chemicals or biohazards safely

Compensation 14.50 per hour
