Looking for an energetic individual with great guest service skills to assist the GM as a Shift Lead.
Job Description:
The job of the shift lead supervises daily operations and staff when senior management is off duty. They oversee the floor, drive customer satisfaction, manage cash handling, and maintain food safety and sanitation standards. Some of the duties could include the following:
- Shift Operations: Open and close the restaurant, manage cash drawers, verify safe drops, and complete shift-end paperwork.
- Staff Leadership: Assign daily tasks, manage break schedules, and lead pre-shift team meetings.
- Guest Services: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation protocols are met.
- Inventory Control: Monitor product pars, oversee stock rotation, and order or prep supplies as necessary.
