Shift Lead Server/bartender

Looking for an experienced Front of House Shift Lead to support our team during evening service and closing shifts. This role is ideal for a seasoned server who leads by example, keeps service smooth, and maintains our high standards of hospitality. Bartending experience is a strong plus.

• Lead the FOH team during your shift with confidence and professionalism
  

• Provide exceptional table service while supporting servers and hosts
  

• Assist behind the bar when needed (bartending experience preferred)
  

• Oversee nightly closing procedures, side work, cleaning standards, and cash out
  

• Maintain a calm, organized environment during busy service
  

• Communicate clearly with management and BOH to keep operations running smoothly
  

• Uphold brand standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork
  

• 2+ years serving experience
  

• Leadership ability and a team first mindset
  

• Strong communication and problem solving skills
  

• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking ownership of the shift
  

• Evening and closing availability
  

• Bartending skills are a plus
