We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, leads by example, and is ready to grow into restaurant management. This role is designed for a strong server or hospitality leader who wants to take the next step in their career through hands-on leadership development, mentorship, and management training - while still having opportunities to work serving shifts. What You'll Do
Lead shifts alongside management to ensure smooth daily operations
Support and coach front-of-house team members during service
Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining Whiskey Cake standards
Assist with floor leadership, team communication, and problem-solving
Help drive team accountability, hospitality, and restaurant culture
Work a combination of Shift Lead and Server shifts based on business needs
Learn operational leadership skills with a clear path toward restaurant management
What We're Looking For
Several years of high-volume serving experience
Previous leadership, trainer, key hourly, or supervisor experience preferred
Passion for hospitality and team development
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead confidently in a fast-paced environment
Desire to grow into a long-term restaurant management career
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
