Hiring: Shift Supervisor – Sparkle Express Car Wash (Peru, IL).
Location: Peru, Illinois.
At Sparkle Express Car Wash, we don’t just wash cars — we deliver fast, high-quality service powered by strong teamwork. We’re looking for a Shift Supervisor who can lead from the front, keep operations running smoothly, and create a great experience for both customers and staff.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily operations during your shift with confidence and efficiency.
Motivate, coach, and support team members on the ground.
Ensure top-tier cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve issues quickly.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
Drive performance and help the team succeed in our commission program.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership presence and team-first mindset.
Great communication and customer service skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience is a plus (not required).
Someone eager to grow and step into bigger responsibilities.
Pay & Perks:
$16 – $18/hour.
