As a Shift Leader, you will be a brand ambassador, helping our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting delicious and nutritious smoothies and retail products. Shift Leader Responsibilities:
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies
- Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered
- Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids
- Performs opening and/or closing duties
- Performs store checklist tasks
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
- Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts
- Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments
Shift Leader Essential Functions:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business
- Microsoft Office knowledge required
- Knowledgeable of general POS functionality
- Excellent Communication Skills, ability to give and receive feedback
- Must be extremely reliable and dependable
