Team Lead Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced, wellness-focused leader to guide our crew at Smoothie King Margate. As Team Lead, you’ll keep operations smooth, inspire your team, and help guests crush their health goals one smoothie at a time.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Lead by example, delivering top-notch guest experiences.
- Motivate your team and maintain a fun, productive vibe.
- Oversee smooth daily operations—clean, organized, and on point.
- Train and coach team members to excel.
- Monitor inventory, ensure quality, and solve challenges.
- Handle guest concerns like a pro, ensuring satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- Leadership experience in food service or retail (required).

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
