As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in guiding guests towards nutritious smoothie options and retail products that support their wellness journey. You will also provide mentorship to team members in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring a seamless operation.

Responsibilities:

• Blends delicious tasting smoothies
• Ensures guests' health goals are met through smoothie recommendations
• Greets and engages guests to provide a friendly experience
• Preps fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients
• Performs opening and closing duties
• Follows store checklist tasks
• Upholds Smoothie King's culture, values, and mission
• Assists in managing team members during shifts
• Handles cash, inventory, and store closing tasks

Essential Functions:

• Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant or retail customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and POS systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
