Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in overall store operations and leadership.
- Assist in Team Member management throughout shifts.
- Lead and delegate to ensure processes and procedures are followed.
- Ensure a superior guest experience while maximizing sales and profitability.
- Complete store opening and closing procedures efficiently.
- Make bank deposits and assist with product ordering.
- Communicate positive brand impressions to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high-quality preparation of smoothies and enforce sanitary practices.
- Perform store checklist tasks.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and local laws.
Essential Functions:
- Operate a blender and POS cashier system effectively.
- Move boxes weighing up to 55 lbs. throughout the store.
- Be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer environments.
- Tolerate exposure to food allergens and maintain cleanliness.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and reliability.
