Shift Leader

The Shift Leader role at Donatos is a fantastic opportunity to guide a passionate team, ensure outstanding service, and maintain our high-quality standards. In this role, you'll coach and train associates, manage essential opening and closing procedures, and foster a positive and dynamic work environment.

**Looking for somone to fill a position for 20-24 hours a week on nights and weekends.**

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers attentively and enthusiastically
• Anticipate customer needs and remove service barriers
• Ensure the team delivers Donatos Service Behaviors
• Contribute to team morale with enthusiasm and commitment
• Train new associates to uphold Donatos standards

Requirements:

• Must be able to perform essential job functions safely and meet productivity standards
• Able to stand and/or walk for the entire shift
• Capable of occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds
• Experience as a Shift Leader
• Successful completion of Donatos M.I.T. Program and certifications
