Looking for an experienced FOH oriented individual who is available to manage the floor and run shifts for a couple of shifts a week: 2 shifts minimum. The suitable candidate for the position, when not shift leading, will be able to work as a server during the week depending on their availability. The qualified applicant will also have at least 4 years serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting with past shift leading/managing experience a must.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
* Opening and closing the restaurant, and following proper procedures and protocols
* Working closely with members of management to ensure productive and smooth lunch and dinner services.
* Ensuring positive guest relations
* Expediting and ensuring all food that leaves the kitchen is maintaining Mason's high standards for food quality
* When running expo, will act as liaison between the FOH and BOH team
