We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shift Leader to help oversee daily operations at a busy car wash location. In this role, you will support the team, help deliver an excellent customer experience, and ensure the site runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently throughout each shift.
What You Will Do
- Lead and support team members during assigned shifts.
- Help open, close, and maintain the site according to company procedures.
- Monitor workflow to ensure prompt, high-quality service for every customer.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to team members as needed.
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the location.
- Support equipment checks and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with cash handling, point-of-sale processes, and basic shift documentation when required.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding staffing, performance, safety, and operational needs.
