Role Summary

As a Shift Leader at Slim Chickens, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll lead your team by example, creating an environment where hospitality, teamwork, and excellence shine through every guest interaction. Job Expectations

• Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts

• Ensure guests receive excellent service and high-quality food every visit

• Lead and motivate team members to maintain standards of service, speed, and cleanliness

• Train, coach, and support team members to reach performance goals

• Handle shift-level cash management, food safety, and operational procedures

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications / Requirements

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in food service or QSR preferred

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

• Dependable, team-oriented, and focused on guest satisfaction

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
