Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and processes
• Coach and train team members
• Model core values to positively impact culture
• Develop and invest in team members
• Evaluate business operations and streamline processes
• Set store goals and focus on key metrics
• Plan ahead for peak times and ensure operational excellence
• Perform managerial tasks such as training, scheduling, and inventory management
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set and achieve goals
