Essential Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a Shift Leader or similar retail leadership role
- Proven ability to create and manage shift schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Confident problem-solver and team player
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise employees, assign duties, and create shift schedules
- Monitor team performance to ensure efficiency and quality
- Report issues promptly to management
- Manage employee requests and resolve transgressions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coach team members and train new staff effectively
- Handle customer concerns and employee disputes professionally
