Prior shift lead or supervisory experience is preferred but not required
WHAT THE ROLE LOOKS LIKE
• Open and/or close the restaurant — key holder once out of training
• Lead shifts and keep the team aligned, accountable, and moving
• Train and onboard new team members — set the tone for what great looks like
• Handle guest experiences in the moment: recovery, connection, hospitality
• Support Senior leadership in executing daily operations
• Count drawers and close out the day accurately
