Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Open and/or close the restaurant and serve as a key holder after training
  • Lead shifts by ensuring the team stays aligned, efficient, and accountable
  • Train and onboard new Team Members, setting a high standard from the start
  • Manage guest interactions, including service recovery and building connections
  • Support senior leadership in daily operations
  • Handle cash management tasks such as counting drawers and closing procedures
