Duties and Responsibilitiesxa0xa0
Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management,xa0accuracyxa0and proper portioning. Performs assignedxa0work stationxa0duties such as making quality products, follows all productxa0preparationsxa0proceduresxa0andxa0maintainsxa0established product holding times.xa0xa0
Consistently contributes to achieving the Company's product goal.xa0Commitsxa0to meeting the needs and expectations of the restaurant's customers, minimizes customerxa0complaintsxa0and responds appropriately to customer needs. Follows all policies and procedures as outlined in our TM handbook including, but not limited to, image (including car topper for delivery drivers), attendance,xa0safetyxa0and security.xa0xa0

Must be 18 years of age or olderxa0xa0
Must be able to work long hours (32+ hoursxa0generally required), scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights,xa0xa0
