We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Restaurant Shift Lead to join our team at Zambrero Mall Road. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in great customer service, and wants to grow their career in restaurant management.

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise the team during your assigned shifts
• Keep the restaurant running smoothly, efficiently, and to Zambrero standards
• Train, coach, and support team members
• Provide an exceptional customer experience and handle customer questions or concerns professionally
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently followed
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Assist with food preparation and daily restaurant operations
• Place and receive truck orders
• Complete inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels
• Help manage labor, product levels, and shift priorities
• Lead by example and create a positive, high-energy team environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant or food service environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to lead from the front
• Ability to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Reliable and dependable
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Someone who wants to grow into a larger management role
