Customer Experience

• Ability to handle rushes while staying calm and positive
• Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally

Leadership & Team Support

• Supervising and motivating a small team
• Training new employees on drinks, POS, and procedures
• Leading by example 

Boba/Drink Operations

• Preparing boba tea, milk teas, slushies, and specialty drinks
• Maintaining drink consistency and quality
• Managing topping prep (boba, jellies, popping pearls)

Speed & Efficiency

• Multitasking during high-volume periods
• Keeping orders accurate and moving quickly
• Strong sense of urgency without sacrificing quality

Cash Handling & POS

• Operating POS system and handling transactions
• Balancing drawers and basic end-of-day reporting

Cleanliness & Organization

• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
• Following food safety and sanitation standards
• Keeping prep areas stocked and ready

Reliability & Responsibility

• Opening/closing the store independently
• Being punctual and dependable
• Taking ownership of the shift
