Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Lead and motivate team members during assigned shifts.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service.
- Maximize sales performance while helping drive store profitability.
- Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and make bank deposits.
- Assist with inventory management and product ordering.
- Ensure smoothies and food items are prepared consistently according to Smoothie King standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
- Enforce company policies, operational standards, and all applicable health and safety regulations.
- Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, energetic, and team-focused workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail or food service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable making decisions and delegating responsibilities.
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Physical Requirements
- Operate blenders, POS systems, and other restaurant equipment safely.
- Lift and move boxes weighing up to 55 pounds.
- Frequently bend, reach, lift, and stand throughout the shift.
- Work in refrigerated and freezer environments (40°F to -10°F) as needed.
- Tolerate exposure to common food allergens.
