PrimoHoagies is looking for a passionate, hands-on Shift Leader to oversee daily operations and uphold the award-winning quality that has led USA Today to recognize us as theBest Hoagie Shop in America three years running. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and energized by fast-paced restaurant leadership, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and guide team
- Knowledge and operate all aspects of the shift Slicer, Dresser, Cashier, Prep, Dish
- Enforce all food safety, sanitation, and health standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve concerns promptly
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and PrimoHoagies brand presentation
What You Bring
- Leadership experience in restaurant (fast-casual a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
