Guest Service • Greets guests with a smile and provide prompt, friendly service • Resolve guest issues with professionalism and courtesy • Ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality products and service

Team Leadership • Delegates tasks and provides clear direction to team members • Coach and mentor team members to improve performance and develop skills • Foster a positive and supportive team environment • Communicate effectively with team members and management

Operations Excellence • Ensure adherence to Dunkin brand standards and procedures • Maintain a clean and organized workspace • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols • Manage inventory and supplies efficiently • Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately

Problem solving • Address and resolve operational issues promptly • Handle customer complaints with professionalism • Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications Minimum of 1 year consecutive experience with the same company as a shift leader in a fast-paced food service environment Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent customer service skills Basic math and cash handling skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends
