A national pizza franchise is seeking a dedicated and motivated LOOKING FOR DAY-EVENING AND LATE NIGHT Shift Assistant Manager to join our team.

Shift Details:

• Hours: 11 AM -4:00 AM (open avability)
• Availability: DAY-EVENING AND LATE NIGHT , including weekends as needed
• Better pay rate ,tip and bonus

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in our dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen management, casual dining, and customer service. As a Assistant Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing staff, budgets, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met.
• Assist in budgeting and inventory management to optimize resources.
• Train and mentor staff in service excellence, menu knowledge, and operational procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during shifts.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events such as banquets and catering services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and safety protocols.
• Experience with cash handling and financial management practices.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with banquet services, bartending, or catering is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
