Position Summary: This is an on hands and working position. As a Shift Leader/Manager Assistant it is your responsibility to ensure employees perform a variety of tasks, from preparing food, answering questions, serving, running staff, and making sure all employees adhere to company policies and procedures. You must always maintain good customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with licensing, hygiene, health and safety legislation/guidelines
Train and developing new employees
Resolves customer issues to their overall satisfaction
Work closely with Store Manager to lead staff
Oversee and conduct inventory
Take disciplinary actions when necessary
Maintain store to standards including stocking and cleaning
Complete or delegating tasks assigned by the General Manager accurately and efficiently
Open/close store and audit cash

High school degree or equivalent (Preferred)

Salary: $33,000.00 -35,000.00 Annually

Management: 1 year
2 Years (Preferred)
Driver's (Preferred)
ServeSafe Certification: (Preferred)
Work authorization: United States (Preferred)
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Typical Store hours: 11AM - 8PM (Mon-Thu) 11AM - 8:30 (Fri-Sat)
