Description
Jersey Mike"s Subs in Middlefield, OH is now hiring! We are looking for great people that want to join our culture and make a difference one great sub sandwich at a time!
We are currently looking to hire Shift Leaders (must be 18 or older due to operations) for our opening/lunches with open availability including weekends.
Pay: Starting $13-$16hour PLUS TIPS (which averages an extra $3/hr to your pay making the pay range $16 - $19/hr)
A Shift Leader is responsible for supporting the management team. This includes, but is not limited to:
Baking bread/Cooking bacon/Using meat slicer
Producing high quality food
Delivering the Jersey Mike's experience
Cash handling
Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service
Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
Effective communication - with team and with customers!
Having a sense of urgency
