Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Leading operations day-to-day
• Winning the hearts of guests every day
• Assisting in training new hires and modeling excellence
• Being a friendly, encouraging coach for team members
• Opening and/or closing shifts
• Counting drawers and finalizing the day
• Achieving high-level results
