What You'll Do

As a Shift Leader, you'll partner with the management team

to help lead all aspects of restaurant operations while ensuring every guest

receives exceptional food and service.

·      Lead shifts while supporting the Assistant

Manager and General Manager.

·      Coach, motivate, and develop Team Members.

·      Help train and onboard new employees.

·      Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve

guest concerns.

·      Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational

excellence.

·      Monitor labor, food quality, and speed of

service during your shift.

·      Assist with inventory, prep levels, and shift

readiness.

·      Support opening and closing procedures.

·      Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure

company standards are followed.

·      Lead by example while creating a positive,

motivating, and accountable work environment.

·      Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and

overall restaurant performance.

What We're Looking For

·      Must be at least 18 years of age

·      Previous restaurant experience required;

leadership experience preferred

·      Strong leadership and communication skills

·      Passion for developing people and building

winning teams

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

·      Excellent organizational and problem-solving

skills

·      Commitment to delivering outstanding guest

service

·      Flexible availability, including nights and

weekends
