Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sandwich makers and ensure smooth operations during your shift
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer preferences and brand standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders
- Manage inventory and ensure ingredients are stocked and fresh
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the work area
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and night shifts
- Minimum of 1 year management experience required
